STXfilms presented “Mile 22” at the Los Angeles movie premiere featuring Mark Wahlberg lead actor on August 9, 2018 at the Westwood Village Theater located at 961 Broxton Avenue in the City of Los Angeles, California.
A red carpet entrance brought favorable actors and actress including some of the cast members Mark Wahlberg, Lauren Cohan, Iko Uwais, Ronda Rousey, Carlo Alban, Emily Skeggs, Nikolai Nikolaeff, Keith Bolden, Myke Holmes, Brandon Scales, Alla Greene, Scott Kasson, Natasha Goubskaya and Sam Medina. Peter Berg, Directed the movie, Writers Lea Carpenter and Graham Roland contributed. Stephen Levinson Produced the film along with Co-producers, Matthew Rhodes, Jonathan Gray and Judd Payne. The amazing film will be released on August 17th nationwide.
Actor Iko Uwais who played Li Noor in the film was doing some martial art kicks and poses for the photographers on the red carpet. Upon arriving the red carpet, Mr. Wahlberg sign autographs and took some selfies with fans that came out to get a glimpse of the well-known actor. The cast who attended seemed to be happy in each other’s company. They posed for pictures and mingled.

This action movie is about a CIA operative who leads a small team on an urgent dangerous mission. They transport a foreign intelligence asset from the American embassy to an airfield for extraction in Southeast Asia. The distance is 22 miles. They race against time as the city’s military, police and street gangs close in.
