The 2nd Annual Amber Rose SlutWalk Festival located at the Pershing Square in Downtown Los Angeles, California on October 1, 2016 at 532 South Olive Street. The festival was hosted by Perez Hilton (Celebrity Blogger), Frenchie Davis (Music Artist) and Joanne the Scammer (VH1).
The event came together to benefit The Amber Rose Foundation. The foundation is a non-profit organization to support core mission of women empowerment and fighting against other social injustice issues. Amber Rose is a dancer on the popular show “Dancing with the stars”. She is also a mother, philanthropist, feminist, host and an actress.
Many supporters and fans came out to celebrate the day with Amber Rose. A line of vendors were displayed all over the venue. A stripper pole was displayed by Romance and Dance. Anyone got to grab the pole and show their dance moves. Women’s Advocacy Club was in support, indicating their programs. Slutty Girl Problems invited you to come to their booth to entertain or educate you about sex, dating or relationships. A complimentary gift was given by Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy. A meetup group, SexPositiveLA came to let you know about events that will be going on with their group. Other vendors were in attendance to give out goodies and notify you about their services or products. A whole lot of young attendees arrived dressed in their underwear, topless, or seductive. What do you expect, when you attend a SlutWalk.
“Dancing with the Stars” Professional Dancers, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd came and walked the pink carpet. Maksim is Amber Rose’s partner on the show “Dancing with the Stars”. While Maksim and Peta are partners in real life and expecting a baby. Live entertainment by Trina Rockstarr hit the stage to sing some of her popular hits. DJ Duffey (VHI) hung out with the elite in the VIP area. Attendees had many choices of food vendors to choose from. A cup of lemonade from Lemonade Hut. A cold icy drink by Hawaiian Shaved Ice was perfect for the weather considering it was over 80 degrees. Savory tasty tacos by Aurora’s Tacos had many to choose from, were among just a few of food vendors.
The pink carpet was very beautiful having a back drop of lovely colorful flowers. Around 1:30 p.m., Amber Rose and guests walked the carpet. Considering it being a SlutWalk festival, it was a perfect event for those who were comfortable with going topless, sexy, or just overall open to any discussion. Even Amber Rose was dressed in a black tight lingerie with black high boots and a drop gold necklace. Most likely those who attended had an excellent time.
