Smash Global with Former Professional mixed martial artist Steve “Hulk Smash” Orosco presented a black-tie fight and dinner extravaganza at the Taglyan Complex locating in Los Angeles, California on September 28, 2017.
Ten mixed-martial artists faced off in five professional fights while guests sat and had a delicious meal. The event hosted a cocktail reception, a silent auction, a four-course meal and a busy red carpet. Pako Pablos (Visual Artist) displayed his exquisite art which consisted of many professional fighters such as Chuck Liddell. Lili Haydn (Rock Violinist) sang the National Anthem and played the violin.

Max Martini (Actor- Fifty Shades of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker, Fifty Shades Freed), Gilles Marini (Actor – Return of the Mac series, Switched at Birth) Frank Stallone (Actor / Singer), Mike Weaver (Hall of Fame Boxer), Earnie Shavers (Boxing Legend), Patrick Kilpatrick (Actor / Director), Matthew Glave (Actor- Girlfriends Guide to Divorce), Ken Davitian (Actor), Michael Kotick (Democratic Congressional Candidate), Rigan Michado (Brazilian Martial Artist), Cheick Kongo (French Martial Artist), Daisy Lang (Hall of Fame Boxer), Chuy Bravo (TV Personality), Fabiano Iha (Retired Brazilian Martial Artist) and many others.
MMA Legend, Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell was honored with a Smash Global Icon Award for contributing in the sport which millions enjoyed to watch. Mr. Liddell was inductee into the Hall of Fame in the UFC World Light Heavyweight Champion. He defended his title five times and currently holds the UFC record for the most Knock-Out wins in light weight division. He holds titles in UFC World Light Heavyweight Champion (Former), UFC Hall of Fame Inductee 2009, USM TA North American Heavyweight Title, IFK National Heavyweight Title and IFC Heavyweight Champion.
Other past honorees were Steven Seagal (Actor, Martial Artist), Tito Ortiz (Mixed Martial Artist) and Freddie Roach (American Boxing Trainer and Former Professional boxer).
